About Joseph Boult

A plethora of experience both on stage and in studios, writing and performing with multiple artists and bands as either a full member or a hired gun, Boult is familiar, capable and consistent in most styles of playing and most genres of music.

His current projects include teaching with Rockademy, and performing with ‘Duran 2’ (Duran Duran Tribute Band), along with his function band ‘The D-Beez’, as well as Boult’s own original music.

Born and raised in Burnley, Lancashire, at 9 years old Boult decided his career was going to be in music. In 2014 Boult moved to Guildford, Surrey to pursue to enroll at The Academy of Contemporary Music. One Bachelor’s degree later, and Boult is a working musician, with extensive experience both as a recording and performing musician, songwriter and teacher.
